What is spinal flow?

Spinal Flow focuses on improving the mobility and flexibility of the spine. It is a gentle, non-invasive technique that helps improve spinal health and reduce pain. It works with the spines natural rhythm to remove blockages and realign the body. The sensation of spinal flow works directly with the nervous system and is very relaxing. People experience spinal flow through breath, perception, or movement. No experience is better than another and often you may experience it in more than one way. During our session I will let you know which way your body is experiencing flow. Spinal flow helps with a wide variety of ailments due to its connection with the spine and all the nerves that run through it connecting with every organ and system in the body creating immense improvement and health.


1hr Spinal Flow Energy session $111

This session focuses deeply on the spinal network. It’s a great starter for anyone interested in experiencing spinal flow for the first time or wanting a longer session with energy work added in. Every session is customized specifically for your body and needs. Expect to have a deeply relaxing experience and to come off the table feeling calm and aligned.

30min Spinal Flow Individual session $55

This treatment is a great option for those wanting to explore and continue spinal flow treatments. Great for first time clients who want to experience it and also great for clients who are continuing spinal flow as a part of their health regimen.

Spinal Flow 12 pack $555

The 12 pack of sessions starts with an evaluation session so we can track progress and identify areas of dis-ease in the body related with the spinal column. Our first appointment is one hour. We will do your evaluation and have conversation around your specific needs as well as your first spinal flow session. The majority of sessions will be between 20-30 minutes depending on your flow that day and how quickly your body responds to treatment. Halfway through on session 6 we will do another one hour evaluation session to track progress and evaluate changes in the body as well as receive your spinal treatment. Our final session is also a one hour session with our final assessment after treatment where we can evaluate success and plan of action moving forward.

  • Everyone benefits from spinal flow at any age. Spinal flow is working with the body’s internal healing systems removing blockages in the nervous system to restore you to a state of well-being and harmony.


  • It’s recommended to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Avoid denim and restrictive clothing. This will allow a better point of contact with the access points along your spine and for you to be comfortable during the session. All treatments are done fully clothed.


  • Spinal flow benefits will be different for everyone depending on where blockages are in the spine and the benefits that come as a result of removing those blockages. Overall people feel a sense of peace and lightness in the body following sessions due to the effects the flow has on the nervous system.

  • Depending on what is found in the body treatment time will vary. It is normal to start with 12 sessions 3-4 times a week. This helps the body get into its regular flow and gives opportunity for immense healing with regular treatment. Normal sessions last 20-30 minutes and intensive sessions can last as long as 1 hour.
