Looking to take your health to the next level?

Wellness coaching is a multifaceted approach to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Using everything from meditation and pranayama to dietary changes and physical activities. I am not only your coach but also a friend to counsel and listen offering affirmation and gentle nudges to bring you into better alignment with your highest self.

Our sessions are completely customized to your specific needs and regularity of sessions depends on that. I offer individual 50 minute sessions that can be done on your schedule and at your convenience for $77 a session. I also offer a 3 month program that includes a Purium cleanse for $1200. The 3 month program requires a commitment to 1 session a week for 12 weeks and is designed to help you reset and establish balance and health in your day to day life that you can move forward with and maintain.

What to expect…

 

Health History

First thing we will do in our coaching sessions is go over your health history to get a clear perspective on your physical and mental conditions and what areas of your health need the most focus.

Philosophy

We will go through many different philosophies and approaches to diet and nutrition as well as spiritual principles to find what feels right for you.

Postures

I will give you your own yoga series to practice in your free time to help with specific conditions in your body to help move energy, release tension, aid in detoxification, and restore alignment.

 

Meditation

There are many ways to meditate. We explore meditation and find mantras and mudras that best suit your specific needs to grow mentally and spiritually.

Conscious Eating

I generally like to have my clients go through a cleanse and dietary change for a minimum of 30 days to help reset their systems and break addictions of all kinds. I suggest that you maintain a strict diet change for 60 days to set new eating habits and to give your system time to heal and repair. Ideally these dietary changes will lead to lasting lifestyle changes.

Pranayama

Breath work is at the core of our health. Energy is breath. Controlling your breath is controlling the mind and mental control is physical control. I will teach you several breathing techniques to use morning and night to start and end your day fully present in your body.
